Let’s play dress up!

Let’s play dress up! When it comes to spring/summer dressing I’m all in favor of lightweight fabrics and easy styles. Check out these fun outfits I have put together.  

A classic oversized button-up is a must-have in everyone’s closet! Pair this with some chunky jewelry and jeans and you’ve got a simple but stylish outfit.

Oversized button-down shirts are my go-to for an easy laid back vibe! I have quite a few hanging in my closet, from plain white shirts to stripes. I love this striped shirt as you can mix and match it with lots of different colors.

You can be as daring as you like with button-down shirts. Let’s play dress up! You can wear a bralette underneath and have it buttoned most of the way down, or wear a plain tank top underneath and have it left open. The look changes every time, which I love!

If you want to “dress up” this look you simply need to add some accent jewelry and you’re good! Chunky bold jewelry works great with this outfit, but dainty jewelry also works well too!

Pair this combo with jeans (always a winner), leggings or denim shorts. All look fantastic with this outfit.

A simple purple knitted tank pairs great with some jeans and silver jewelry.

I bought this purple knitted tank top a few years back and haven’t worn it that much. However, upon doing this photoshoot I might just have to re-think it staying in my wardrobe! It looks amazing dressed up with some chunky bold jewelry.

You could pair this outfit with black flared pants, jeans or leggings, it’s very versatile.

This cute coral top can be work on or off the shoulder. You can wear this with or without a bra. This will be great with a maxi skirt, jeans or shorts.

I love the way this top looks off the shoulder (personal preference). This has been worn so many times over the summer, and I love the way you can switch up the look so effortlessly.

Again, this can be paired with leggings, jeans, shorts, and would look amazing with a maxi skirt. A real summery vibe!

A beautiful lacy tank (actually it’s a bralette!) can be dressed up with a cute little cardigan. The cardigan can be work open or closed, and the overall style is great paired with chunky jewelry and jeans.

This simple knitted cardigan goes with so many things. I think it really finishes this outfit off, and pairs great with the lacy tank top. You can wear this cardigan with a little summer dress, and it will definitely keep you warm on those summer evenings!
